You might be struggling with an internet connection.

Do you have a 4G connection? If not, try and connect to your venue Wifi.

Can I use Apple Pay/ Android Pay?

Yes of course! You can pay via any credit or debit card or using your Apple or Android Pay.

I have a problem with the Qbunk system, what should i do?

As part of your partnership with Qbunk, our team offers support 24/7. Please contact your Account Manager and we will be able to help you right away!

How long does it take to install the Qbunk system?

We can have you up and running within 72 hours!

Is Qbunk easy-to-use?

When building Qbunk, our team worked directly with bar staff and chefs around the country. We didn’t want to over complicate this system, so it only includes what is necessary – that’s why Qbunk one of the most intuitive systems on the market!

Can customers add tips when paying for their order?

They sure can, the tips section is based on the basket page when they place their order.

Can we apply discount codes for staff or customers to receive money off their order?

Absolutely – Via our easy-to-use manager platform, you can input any discounts you like with timing and quantity controls included.

Can I edit my menu or mark items out of stock?

With Qbunk, we give YOU the power to change your menus in real time. By using the manager platform, you can add & remove items in seconds with just a click of a button. Gone are the days where you have to wait for someone to come out and change your items for you.

Do I need to offer Wifi connection to my customers?

Although we advise that you do, Qbunk will work on 4G too!

I’m not very tech savvy…

You don’t need to be a tech wizard to use Qbunk in your venue!
It’s a simple, easy-to-use system and there is no technical skill required. Plus, if you ever need support – we are here 24/7, just a call away.

How will my customers know to use the app?

Qbunk will provide your venues with staff training and offer in-venue signage such as flyers, posters and table QR codes.

I have an EPOS System. Can I still use Qbunk?

Although Qbunk can completely replace your EPOS system, yes you can run Qbunk alongside your current EPOS system if you wish to.

How do I process an order?

Full training and support will be given to staff during set up. You will be given all of the information you need to get started right away. If you ever need additional support, we are just a phone call away!

My Wi-Fi is outdated or I don’t have very good coverage

That’s not a problem – our skilled engineers can assess what is required and bring you up to the contemporary standard. This will also keep your customers happy.
